Self-Love Meditation

In this week’s meditation Kelly helps you cultivate self-love and compassion. Self-love is hard, and we are often very critical of ourselves. This meditation is adapted from an exercise that Kelly does with her one-on-one clients when they are working with self-love and acceptance.
